All toll, parking, permit, road tax to be paid at actuals by the guest/company.

For Chennai city, time and distance reading is calculated from our office back to our office.

For local usage (within Chennai), trips beyond 7 hours and 12 hours will be billed at 10 hours and 15 hours respectively.

For outstation duties, chauffeur’s allowance (CA) is to be paid per calendar day. Rates are Rs.450 for Toyota Corolla and Rs.350 for all other cars. Service tax will be extra.

Outstation trips are calculated based on a per-calendar-day basis and not on hours of usage.

Outstation trips will be billed for a minimum value of 250kms per calendar day.

For outstation trips, cars returning to our office after midnight will attract an additional day chauffeur’s allowance.

For same day return from outstation destinations above 300kms (each way) will attract double the chauffeur’s allowance applicable for the hire.
