The history of the company goes back to 1976, when the visionary light of Mr. A. C. Moosa started off with a nondescript Desiccated coconut manufacturing unit. The simple thought behind such an idea was that; why not make use of coconut as the raw materials that we have around us in abundance instead of turning to other resources. Making use of what was available; the founder wielded the light that would lead many in the years to come. The company grew under his mentorship and went on to include a coconut oil and coconut shell powder manufacturing unit within four years, by 1980. The legacy was continued when his son Mr. Anwer M. P. brought in an additional coconut dehydrating unit, the coco-vinegar unit and Nata-de-coco. The company continued to grow under him with leading light of the founder. In 2000, for the first time in India, the company successfully produced Extra Virgin Coconut Oil which accelerated the growth of the company.

By 2002, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil based products like after-shave lotion, Baby Massage Oil, Hair & Skin potion came out. The company widened it horizons when it started making machines for coconut based products and got registered with the Coconut Development Board of India. The company with its panel of scientists, engineers, mechanics, and most importantly the dedicated work force has now established itself as one of the most competent names in the field of machinery-manufacturing for coconut based products.
